Financial Bookkeeper

We are seeking an experienced finance professional to maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records for multiple clients.
Key Responsibilities:- Maintain comprehensive bookkeeping records, including purchase invoices, sales invoices, bank transactions, journals, and adjustments.
- Perform thorough bank reconciliations and control account reconciliations to ensure accuracy and timeliness.
- Prepare and submit VAT Returns via relevant accounting software in accordance with UK accounting standards.
- Assist in producing management accounts and year-end accounts, providing valuable insights to clients.
- Liaise with clients to resolve data queries and manage deliverables, ensuring seamless communication.
- Ensure that all bookkeeping services meet the highest standards of quality and are delivered on time.
- ACCA Affiliate or equivalent qualification is essential.
- 3-4 years of practical bookkeeping experience in the UK market is required.
- Proficiency in Sage, QuickBooks (Online & Desktop), and Microsoft Excel is necessary.
- Strong understanding of UK VAT and CIS return processes is crucial.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills are vital for success in this role.
- Ability to manage multiple client assignments with accuracy and timeliness is a must.
