Job Title: Salesforce Administrator – Tier 1 Support

This role involves providing frontline assistance to Salesforce users, ensuring the smooth operation of the platform. We are seeking a skilled administrator with foundational knowledge of Salesforce who can manage basic tasks, troubleshoot user issues, and escalate complex problems.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Serve as the first point of contact for Salesforce user support requests.
  • Perform basic administrative tasks, including:
  • Managing user accounts, passwords, and permission sets.
  • Troubleshooting common Salesforce issues and escalating advanced cases.
  • Assisting with creating and maintaining simple reports and dashboards.
  • Monitoring data integrity and performing routine data maintenance tasks.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in business, IT, or a related field.
  • 1-2 years of experience in Salesforce administration or CRM support.
  • Salesforce Administrator Certification (ADM-201) preferred but not mandatory.
  • Familiarity with Salesforce Lightning Experience.
  • Strong understanding of CRM concepts and user support processes.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets for data handling.
