We are seeking a seasoned professional to optimize our Salesforce environment. The ideal candidate will focus on configuration, user management, data integrity, workflow automation, and integrations.
The RoleYou will collaborate with cross-functional teams—including sales, marketing, onboarding, implementation, billing, and customer success—to streamline operations and improve efficiency.
Responsibilities- Ensure data integrity and access control by managing roles, profiles, permissions, workflows, and validation rules.
- Design and develop reports and dashboards to deliver actionable business intelligence for stakeholders.
- Gather and analyze requests from various teams, translating them into actionable Salesforce solutions.
- Implement and maintain workflow rules, process flows, and automations to enhance onboarding, training, and customer success initiatives.
- Facilitate seamless integrations with third-party tools and AppExchange applications.
- Partner with department directors to ensure data integrity and adoption of new business processes (billing, onboarding, implementation).
- Provide training, documentation, and ongoing support to end-users to promote system adoption and best practices.
- Identify opportunities for system improvements and recommend solutions to enhance overall efficiency.
- Salesforce Administrator certification is required; additional certifications (e.g., Advanced Administrator, Platform App Builder) are a plus.
- Proven expertise in Salesforce best practices, data models, and automation tools (Flows, Process Builder).
- Experience in data management, reporting, and analytics within Salesforce, including custom reports and dashboards.
- Strong knowledge of Salesforce integrations, APIs, and third-party applications.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with attention to detail and focus on high-quality solutions.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to train users, document processes, and present solutions to diverse stakeholders.
