Gather and Analyze Integration Requirements

The successful candidate will gather and analyze integration requirements from business stakeholders, collaborating with internal teams to document needs and create integration specifications.

  • Integration Collaboration
    • Collaborate with business analysts, clients, and IT professionals to understand and document integration needs.
    • Work closely with external vendors, partners, and countries to analyze integration needs and data exchange requirements.
  • Integration Documentation
    • Create detailed integration documents, API specifications, and use cases to ensure seamless integration.
    • Maintain version control for all integration documentation, ensuring it is up-to-date and accessible to relevant stakeholders.
  • API Testing and Troubleshooting
    • Perform API testing using tools like Postman and SoapUI to validate API request/response and troubleshoot response codes & errors.
    • Conduct System Integration Testing (SIT) to ensure data integrity and functionality.
  • Issue Resolution and Communication
    • Work with the integration developers and operations support team to troubleshoot and resolve integration issues in a timely manner.
    • Provide regular status updates and present progress reports for assigned tasks to supervisors and management.
  • Knowledge and Skills
    • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or any relevant discipline.
    • Minimum 3 to 4 years of experience in IT business/integration analysis, integration development, or a related field.
    • Experience in software development lifecycle (SDLC) methodologies and techniques.
    • Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills to work with internal & external stakeholders.
    • Familiarity with agile methodologies and sprint & release concepts.
    • Knowledge of database design and SQL.
    • Ability to perform API testing using tools like Postman or SoapUI.
