Business Development and Candidate Assessment Specialist
This role combines business development and candidate assessment to help identify top talent for job placements. Key responsibilities include prospecting new clients, booking discovery and pitch meetings, conducting candidate assessments, and maintaining tracking sheets.
We're looking for a driven professional who can build new client relationships and conduct candidate assessments with a sharp eye and excellent communication skills. Ideal candidates have proven experience in recruitment, client relationship management, or sales, with strong English communication skills and the ability to work independently.
The ideal candidate will be able to manage follow-ups and assessment documentation efficiently, with a proactive approach to tasks and a focus on achieving goals. This is an on-site role where you'll work closely with both sides of the recruitment cycle.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prospect and reach out to potential new clients through online platforms, referrals, LinkedIn outreach, job boards, and networking.
- Book discovery and pitch meetings between prospective clients and our internal recruitment team.
- Conduct candidate assessments 2–3 days per week using clear and fluent English to communicate effectively.
- Maintain and update tracking sheets and CRM with notes and outcomes.
Ideal Candidate Profile:
- Proven experience in recruitment, client relationship management, or sales.
- Excellent English communication skills, especially when conducting candidate assessments and interacting with clients.
- Organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage follow-ups and assessment documentation efficiently.
- Tech-savvy, comfortable using Google Workspace and LinkedIn.
- Target-driven, with a focus on achieving goals, especially in lead generation and client conversion.
