A high-performing Outreach Specialist is sought to connect with potential real estate leads, establishing initial contact and driving growth for clients in the USA.

This key role involves engaging with prospects over the phone, building rapport, and gathering essential information to support successful real estate deals.

Responsibilities:
  • Makes outbound calls to potential real estate leads from provided lists
  • Introduces services and offerings to prospects in a professional manner
  • Builds and maintains strong relationships with prospects and leads
  • Asks qualifying questions to understand the prospect's real estate needs
  • Documents lead details and inputs them into our CRM system
  • Schedules follow-up calls and appointments for the sales team
  • Meets daily, weekly, and monthly call targets and performance goals
Requirements:
  • Prior experience in cold calling, telemarketing, or a similar role (preferred)
  • Excellent verbal communication skills in English
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport quickly
  • Self-motivated, driven, and able to handle rejection in a professional manner
  • Familiarity with real estate or a willingness to learn about the industry
  • Ability to work during USA business hours
  • Basic knowledge of CRM systems and data entry
