The Executive Assistant/Paralegal position combines administrative and legal responsibilities to support the project development team. This remote opportunity requires strong communication, attention to detail, and legal expertise.
Main Responsibilities- Maintain landowner databases, prepare maps, and assist with lease preparation and tracking.
- Draft, review, and organize legal documents, including leases and title reports.
- Coordinate with external counsel and title companies, ensuring compliance with document retention policies.
- Legal research and document creation
- Technical proficiency in legal and administrative tools
- Strong problem-solving and organizational skills
- Effective written and verbal communication
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and document management systems
- Experience with Procore or similar construction/legal management software
