Job Title: Data Architect

We are seeking a highly skilled Data Architect to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in data architecture, with experience in designing and implementing scalable, secure, and high-performance data architectures.

The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the development of our data architecture strategy, collaborating with engineering, analytics, and product teams to build scalable data pipelines and systems, and ensuring data quality, reliability, and accessibility across business units.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, implement, and maintain scalable, secure, and high-performance data architectures.
  • Build and optimize ETL/ELT pipelines using tools like Apache Airflow, DBT, or custom workflows.
  • Lead data modeling, schema design, and documentation across cloud and on-prem systems.
  • Develop best practices for data governance, versioning, and lineage tracking.
  • Manage structured and unstructured data in PostgreSQL, MongoDB, Snowflake, or equivalent data warehouses.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Data Engineering, or related field.
  • 5+ years of hands-on experience in data architecture or advanced data engineering.
  • Strong knowledge of data modeling, SQL optimization, and database design.
  • Deep experience with PostgreSQL, MongoDB, Snowflake, or other modern DWs.
  • Expertise in Airflow, Kafka, Spark, or similar data processing frameworks.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in fintech, stock trading, or crypto analytics.
  • Understanding of event-driven architectures, real-time data streaming.
