Key Responsibilities:
  • Conceptualization: Lead brainstorming sessions to generate creative design solutions for web, mobile, and other platforms.
  • Visual & Interaction Design: Design pixel-perfect interfaces focusing on aesthetics, typography, and color theory. Create micro-interactions and animations to enhance user experience.
  • Wireframing & Prototyping: Develop high-fidelity prototypes using tools like Figma or Adobe XD, balancing creativity and functionality.
  • Design Systems: Establish and maintain dynamic design systems to ensure consistency while allowing creative evolution.
  • Collaboration: Partner with product, engineering, and marketing teams to align designs with brand vision and technical feasibility.
  • Trendspotting: Stay ahead of design trends, integrating fresh ideas while maintaining usability.
Requirements
  • Portfolio (must have): A strong portfolio demonstrating innovative UI/UX projects, highlighting creativity and problem-solving skills.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in Figma, Sketch, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar. Bonus: Motion design (After Effects, Principle).
  • Experience: 3+ years in UI/UX design, with a focus on creative digital products.
  • Design Knowledge: Deep understanding of layout, typography, and interaction design principles.
  • Soft Skills: Curiosity, storytelling ability, and a user-first mindset with a knack for thinking outside the box.
  • Education: Degree or relevant experience in Design or related field preferred.
