Job Overview

  • Assist clients with flight bookings, hotel reservations, and travel itineraries.

Key Responsibilities

  • Process flight bookings, hotel reservations, and travel itineraries efficiently.
  • Resolve client queries and provide timely responses.
  • Analyze client needs and offer personalized travel solutions.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless travel experiences.

Requirements

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
  • Proficient in travel booking systems and software.
  • Ability to work independently during night shifts and manage time effectively.
  • Knowledge of the Airlines/Aviation industry is preferred.
