Hiring Freelance Pre-Sales Consultant for MENA & Asia Regions

1. Why We Need This Resource: To support our events and expansion efforts in the MENA and Asia regions, Poulta Inc. requires experienced freelance pre-sales consultants. These professionals will:

  1. Represent Poulta Inc. during events to ensure impactful client engagement.
  2. Facilitate client relationships, particularly with C-level executives, to strengthen our presence in the poultry industry.
  3. Work in collaboration with Growth Partners in the region and ensure seamless communication and alignment.

This targeted resource will not be required for internal meetings but solely for client-facing events and engagements.

2. Key Responsibilities:

  1. Conduct pre-sales client meetings during MENA and Asia events.
  2. Present Poulta's solutions and services to stakeholders, including C-level executives.
  3. Collaborate with distributors and coordinate travel schedules for events.
  4. Represent Poulta Inc. professionally in all corporate communications.

3. Experience Required:

  1. 5-7 years in pre-sales, B2B sales, and corporate communication.
  2. Proven ability to engage with C-level executives.
  3. Familiarity with the poultry industry (preferred).
  4. Exceptional interpersonal and presentation skills.

4. Compensation:

  1. Per meeting remuneration.
  2. Full reimbursement for travel expenses (transportation, accommodation, meals).
  3. Flexible compensation structures based on mutual agreement.

5. Salary Recommendation: Considering the freelance nature of the role and the experience required:

  1. Per Day Fee: $200 (depending on complexity and client profile).
  2. Additional Costs: Travel and lodging reimbursed as per actuals.

6. Additional Notes:

  1. The resource will focus exclusively on events, ensuring maximum ROI from engagements.
  2. Dedicated candidates are preferred, with fluency in English and regional languages as an added advantage.
