1. Why We Need This Resource: To support our events and expansion efforts in the MENA and Asia regions, Poulta Inc. requires experienced freelance pre-sales consultants. These professionals will:
- Represent Poulta Inc. during events to ensure impactful client engagement.
- Facilitate client relationships, particularly with C-level executives, to strengthen our presence in the poultry industry.
- Work in collaboration with Growth Partners in the region and ensure seamless communication and alignment.
This targeted resource will not be required for internal meetings but solely for client-facing events and engagements.
2. Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct pre-sales client meetings during MENA and Asia events.
- Present Poulta's solutions and services to stakeholders, including C-level executives.
- Collaborate with distributors and coordinate travel schedules for events.
- Represent Poulta Inc. professionally in all corporate communications.
3. Experience Required:
- 5-7 years in pre-sales, B2B sales, and corporate communication.
- Proven ability to engage with C-level executives.
- Familiarity with the poultry industry (preferred).
- Exceptional interpersonal and presentation skills.
4. Compensation:
- Per meeting remuneration.
- Full reimbursement for travel expenses (transportation, accommodation, meals).
- Flexible compensation structures based on mutual agreement.
5. Salary Recommendation: Considering the freelance nature of the role and the experience required:
- Per Day Fee: $200 (depending on complexity and client profile).
- Additional Costs: Travel and lodging reimbursed as per actuals.
6. Additional Notes:
- The resource will focus exclusively on events, ensuring maximum ROI from engagements.
- Dedicated candidates are preferred, with fluency in English and regional languages as an added advantage.
