Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled Business Development Executive to join our team. As a Business Development Executive, you will be responsible for engaging with potential and existing clients through various communication channels, including WhatsApp, email, and phone calls.

Your primary objective will be to move leads through the sales funnel by ensuring timely follow-ups and consistent communication. You will also be responsible for maintaining and updating CRM systems or lead tracking sheets accurately.

In addition, you will schedule meetings and share proposals, updates, and relevant materials with clients. You will coordinate with internal teams for smooth handovers and client servicing.

As a Business Development Executive, you will identify new business opportunities and contribute to the growth strategy of the company.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
  • Proven experience in client communication or business development (1-2 years preferred)
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Friendly, professional, and proactive personality
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
  • Proficiency in CRM tools or spreadsheets
