Job Title: Digital Marketing Strategist

About the Role:

We are seeking a data-driven performance marketing professional to lead and grow our digital marketing strategies.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in performance marketing and manage campaigns across various digital channels to drive customer acquisition, revenue growth, and affiliate partnerships.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Implement comprehensive performance marketing strategies to achieve business objectives and drive revenue growth through paid search, display, social media, and programmatic channels.
  • Oversee and manage digital marketing campaigns to ensure target achievement, optimal spending, and cost-per-acquisition (CPA) goals.
  • Manage campaign budgets to ensure alignment with business objectives and optimize return on investment (ROI).

Key Performance Indicators:

  • Prepare and present detailed reports on campaign performance, including key metrics, trends, and recommendations to drive recurring optimization cycles.
  • Analyze campaign performance data to derive actionable insights and improve marketing efficiency.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to create compelling promotional materials and campaigns that drive conversions and revenue.

Affiliate Marketing Expertise:

  • Develop, execute, and optimize affiliate marketing strategies to drive traffic, conversions, and revenue through partner relationships.
  • Identify and onboard new affiliate partners to expand the program and increase revenue opportunities.
  • Monitor affiliate performance, analyze data, and provide actionable insights to improve return on investment (ROI).

Fraud Prevention & Detection:

  • Monitor affiliate activities to identify and prevent fraudulent behavior, such as cookie stuffing, fake leads, click fraud, and unauthorized traffic.
  • Implement fraud detection tools and techniques to safeguard the affiliate program and protect revenue.
  • Conduct regular affiliate traffic and conversion audits to ensure program terms compliance and minimize risk.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, Business, or a related field; master's degree preferred.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in performance marketing or marketing.
  • Familiarity with fraud detection tools and techniques.
  • Strong analytical skills and experience with marketing analytics tools.
  • Expertise in key digital marketing channels, including Google Ads, Facebook Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and programmatic advertising.
  • Strong project management skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
