About the Role

We are seeking a seasoned Product Leader to drive our end-to-end product vision, strategy, and execution.

You will lead a team of product managers and collaborate cross-functionally with engineering, design, sales, and marketing to build impactful B2B products that serve business owners, staff, and employees.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Define and drive the overall product strategy and roadmap, aligned with company goals and customer needs.

  • Lead the product lifecycle from ideation to launch and scale, ensuring delivery of high-quality, user-centric solutions.

  • Manage and mentor a team of Product Managers, fostering a culture of ownership, innovation, and accountability.

  • Partner closely with UI/UX, Engineering, Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success teams to bring products to market and iterate effectively.

  • Translate business objectives and customer insights into scalable product solutions that drive measurable impact.

  • Drive initiatives across both software and hardware products (experience with hardware is a strong plus).

  • Own and monitor key product metrics, using data to inform decisions, optimize performance, and refine strategy.

  • Conduct market research, user discovery, and competitive analysis to ensure differentiation and relevance in the market.

  • Champion an agile and iterative product development process to ensure fast, quality delivery and learning.

  • Act as a strategic advisor to leadership, contributing to long-term product vision and company direction.
