Job Role

As a Product Manager at our organization, you will lead the evolution of our SaaS-based product, driving innovation through strategic planning and vision.

  • Contribute to and evolve the product vision and strategy aligned with business objectives.
  • Develop and maintain the product roadmap, adjusting based on user feedback, analytics, and market trends.
  • Conduct competitive analysis and identify market opportunities for differentiation.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Owning and prioritizing the product backlog as the Product Owner in Agile teams.
  • Writing detailed user stories, acceptance criteria, and managing refinement sessions.
  • Collaborating with designers, developers, QA, and other stakeholders to ensure delivery of high-impact features.
  • Leading sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives with the Scrum team.
  • Engaging with customers to understand their challenges and ensuring the platform delivers value.

Necessary Skills:

  • 3–5 years of experience as a Product Owner or Product Manager, ideally in a SaaS environment.
  • Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies and backlog management tools.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Certification in Scrum and/or Product Management.
