Job Title: Student Outreach Manager

We are seeking an experienced and driven professional to lead our student recruitment efforts in Pakistan.

This is a dynamic, on-the-ground role where you will be instrumental in driving growth and achieving ambitious targets. You will build and maintain strong relationships with high schools, community colleges, educational consultants, and other key stakeholders to foster long-term partnerships.

You will also develop and execute comprehensive recruitment strategies and campaigns aimed at attracting high-quality prospective students from a variety of backgrounds. This will involve organizing and managing recruitment events, including open houses, campus tours, college fairs, and information sessions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Strategic Planning & Execution: Develop and execute comprehensive recruitment strategies and campaigns aimed at attracting high-quality prospective students.
  • Relationship Building: Establish and maintain strong relationships with high schools, community colleges, educational consultants, and other key stakeholders.
  • Data Analysis & Reporting: Use analytics and CRM tools to monitor trends in student recruitment, application data, and conversion rates.
  • Marketing & Communications: Collaborate with the marketing team to create compelling recruitment materials, including brochures, websites, digital content, and social media campaigns.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • Education: Degree in higher education, marketing, business, or related field preferred.
  • Experience: 1-3 years of experience in student recruitment, admissions, or enrolment management in higher education.
  • Skills: Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
