Job Summary

This role involves overseeing client deliverables for digital marketing services. Key responsibilities include working closely with clients to understand their marketing goals, developing measurable KPIs, and creating comprehensive digital strategies.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Client Communication: Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and preferences.
  2. KPI Development: Establish clear and measurable objectives to track progress.
  3. Digital Strategy Planning: Develop and implement digital marketing strategies aligned with client goals.
  4. Proposal and Reporting: Prepare and present proposals and reports to stakeholders to track progress towards client objectives.
  5. Client Support: Respond promptly to client queries and concerns.
  6. Project Delivery: Ensure timely delivery of client projects.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, or Project/ Business Management from a reputable university.
  • Strong knowledge of marketing, digital advertising, brand strategy, and social media marketing.
  • Familiarity with social media apps (Facebook, Google, YouTube, TikTok & LinkedIn).
  • Excellent communication and writing skills.
