Automotive Sales Representative

Job Description:

  • As an Automotive Sales Representative, you will play a crucial role in driving growth and revolutionizing the automotive industry by managing and serving our customer base of used car dealerships.

Responsibilities:

  1. Visit seller locations and manage car sales for all assigned customers, coordinating with onboarding, buyer helpline teams, and other stakeholders for timely execution of services.
  2. Manage all incoming queries (calls, SMS, WhatsApp, etc.) for all car stock and provide information to prospective buyers.
  3. Visit seller locations with prospective buyers for vehicle viewing and use proven sales techniques to effectively present and sell automobiles to prospective buyers.
  4. Ensure proper transfer of vehicles from sellers to buyers at the time of transaction.
  5. Provide daily and weekly reporting to managers in specified format.
  6. Execute transactions thoroughly by following key steps.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Minimum Bachelors degree.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Basic knowledge of cars is a must.
  • Excellent sales and negotiation skills.
  • Persistent, hardworking, and passionate.
  • Comfortable with Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Internet, Email, etc.
  • Ensure maximum inventory as per given targets.
  • Manage seller's contacts for onboard inventory.
  • Keep in touch with sellers every couple of days and inform them about progress on vehicle status.
  • Inform sellers once an appropriate offer is received and ensure end-to-end transaction.
  • Keep all records updated at all times.
