A highly skilled and results-driven business development professional is sought to drive growth and build long-term relationships with clients. We offer a flexible work setup where you can work remotely or from our office in Lahore.
The key responsibilities of this role include:
- Pursuing new business opportunities to drive growth and expansion.
- Developing and executing sales and business development strategies that align with our company's vision and goals.
- Maintaining strong, long-term client relationships through regular communication and exceptional service delivery.
- Preparing business proposals and closing deals through effective negotiation and presentation skills.
- Cordinating with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery and achieving targets in a fast-paced environment.
- Representing the company at client meetings and industry events.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field (an MBA is preferred).
- At least 4 years of experience in business development or sales, preferably in recruitment or business services.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to achieve targets in a fast-paced environment and maintain accurate records and performance reports.
- Network or experience in recruitment or business services is an advantage.
