Job Summary

We are looking for a highly skilled Backend Software Engineer to join our team.

The successful candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining scalable web applications using Django (Python) and React.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Design and develop robust backend systems using Python and Django.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product managers, UX/UI designers, and QA engineers to deliver end-to-end features.
  • Write clean, testable code and implement automated tests (unit, integration).
  • Optimize application performance and enforce security best practices.
  • Participate in code reviews, pair programming, and mentor junior team members.
  • Troubleshoot, debug and resolve production issues promptly.

Requirements:

  • 4-6 years of hands-on experience with Django-based web applications.
  • Strong proficiency in React (hooks, state management, component architecture).
  • Solid understanding of RESTful API design and integration.
  • Experience with relational databases (PostgreSQL) and ORMs.
  • Familiarity with Docker and CI/CD pipelines.
  • Version control expertise (Git) and collaborative workflows (GitFlow).
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong communication skills in English.
