About the Role

We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Car Sales Team Manager to lead our car sales team.

Responsibilities
  1. Lead and Manage the Sales Team: Oversee the performance of the sales team, ensure they meet and exceed sales targets, and maintain high service standards.
  2. Develop Sales Strategies: Create and implement sales strategies to enhance customer engagement and increase sales performance.
  3. Provide Training and Coaching: Offer ongoing training, coaching, and mentorship to team members, including best practices for sales techniques and follow-ups.
  4. Daily Team Meetings: Conduct daily meetings to communicate goals, review performance metrics, and address challenges.
  5. Data-Driven Insights: Utilize data to track team performance metrics, such as sales conversions, visit completion ratio, discipline, and improve customer response time.
  6. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align strategies and ensure seamless coordination.
  7. Sales Call Monitoring: Monitor sales calls, offer constructive feedback, and support to improve communication and sales outcomes.
  8. Sales Targets: Define and communicate clear sales targets for individual team members and the team, driving accountability and results.
  9. Continuous Learning: Foster a culture of continuous learning, innovation, and excellence within the sales team.
Qualifications
  1. Bachelor's Degree: A bachelor's degree from a recognized institute or equivalent practical experience.
  2. Experience in Sales Management: Minimum 2 years of proven experience in managing and leading sales teams, with a track record of successfully meeting or exceeding sales quotas.
  3. Automotive Expertise: Strong expertise in automobile sales methodologies and CRM software.
  4. Leadership and Communication Skills: Exceptional communication, negotiation, and selling skills with the ability to influence both internal teams and customers.
  5. Data Analytics: Demonstrated ability to use data and analytics to drive effective sales strategies and improve team performance.
