Director of ESG Data Management

The key objective of this position is to oversee the collection and management of Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) data.
This role requires a strong background in ESG principles and practices, as well as exceptional analytical and communication skills.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement an end-to-end ESG data collection process ensuring accuracy and completeness of data.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to establish robust data collection functionality and verification capabilities.
- Design and maintain internal controls, governance, and policies to ensure high integrity and auditable outputs.
- Perform advanced data analysis and create dashboards and reports for senior management and stakeholders.
- Prepare data and metrics for external ESG ratings and rankings organizations.
- Master's degree from a recognized university or institution in a related field.
- A minimum of 6-8 years of professional experience in a similar role preferably in a large national or multinational organization.
