About the job MIDDLE MANAGEMENT POSITION - ENVIRONMENTAL SOCIAL GOVERNANCE (ESG)

Our Client, a Karachi based company, seeks to appoint experienced professionals for the following role

Key Responsibilities
  • Own end-to-end companys ESG data collection and conduct administrative oversight of the ESG Data, train new users, identify and implement enhancements to the platform
  • Collaborate closely with data owners in the other departments, facilities, regions and functions to establish robust data collection functionality and data verification/assurance capabilities
  • Establish and maintain appropriate internal controls, governance, and policies and procedures to ensure high integrity and auditable outputs
  • Perform analyses and create dashboards and reports for senior management, brands, regions and functions (performance vs. goals, progress tracking, scenario planning, etc.)
  • Prepare data, metrics, and qualitative information for use in responding to external ESG Ratings and Rankings organizations
  • Contribute to the annual data collection and verification process for companys ESG report
  • Report into the DGM ESG and manage a team of data analysts (direct and indirect reports)
Education
  • Minimum 16 years of education, preferably, Masters from a renowned and HEC recognized university or institution/equivalent foreign degree holder institution, in any/or combination of the disciplines.
Experience
  • Minimum 6-8 years of professional experience, preferably in a large national/multinational organization with at least 2-6 years of related functional experience in a similar role at an equivalent position.
Age
  • The candidate should preferably be not more than 40 years of age as of the last date of submission of application.
