We are seeking a highly skilled Business Analyst and Green Banking Manager to join our team. This role combines business intelligence with environmental responsibility, supporting our mission to create a greener, more inclusive future.

Key Responsibilities
  • Market Analysis: Conduct thorough market research and analysis to identify opportunities for sustainable finance products and services.
  • Green Banking Initiatives: Support the development and rollout of green banking initiatives across the organization.
  • Environmental Impact: Evaluate the environmental and financial impact of projects and recommend data-driven strategies.
  • Collaboration: Collaborate with business units, Risk, Compliance, and CSR teams to design ESG-compliant offerings.
  • Reporting: Prepare reports and dashboards on sustainability metrics and business performance.
Requirements
  • Experience: At least 2-4 years of experience in sustainability or green finance.
  • Skills: Strong analytical and reporting skills; proficiency in Excel, Power BI/Tableau, and data tools.
  • Understanding: Understanding of ESG frameworks, SBP guidelines, and other international regulatory guidelines.
  • Abilities: Excellent communication, research, and stakeholder engagement abilities.
