Business Development Specialist

The ideal candidate for this role will possess a strong background in business development, with experience in project management and client communication. Key responsibilities will include shortlisting projects, preparing estimates and proposals, and managing client relationships.

A comprehensive understanding of sales and marketing principles is essential, as well as proficiency in digital tools such as HTML, WordPress, and PHP.

Excellent written and oral communication skills are required, along with the ability to negotiate pricing and generate leads through cold calling and other outbound marketing techniques.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Shortlist projects on multiple platforms
  2. Prepare detailed estimates and proposals for selected projects
  3. Manage client communication and relationship-building activities
Requirements

Direct sales experience, including selling skills, sales retention strategies, bid pricing, pricing negotiation, and lead generation

Proficiency in HTML, WordPress, and PHP programming languages

Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with excellent time management and organizational skills.
