Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled professional to join our Trade Operations team. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be highly organized, and possess the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:


• Process transactions on a daily basis with high accuracy and efficiency.

• Verify and input all required data involved in trade transactions, ensuring that all necessary information is up-to-date and accurate.

• Extract reports properly and maintain accurate records of transactions and activities.

• Perform tasks and assignments assigned by Team Leaders, ensuring timely completion and adherence to quality standards.

• Achieve productivity targets (efficiency, accuracy, etc.) and processing turnaround standards within own area of responsibility.

• Ensure awareness and compliance with all laid-down rules, regulations, policies, guidelines, procedures, practices, and code of conduct imposed by the organization.

• Report all suspicious transactions, including those with Red-Flag alerts, to Anti-Money Laundering approvers for prompt action.

• Maintain close relationships with internal units to facilitate solutions to customer inquiries/problems and tailor services as needed for specific customer requests.
