Technical Solution Specialist

At Sensys-inc, we are seeking a skilled and solution-oriented engineer to join our team. This role is central to designing, optimizing, and proposing control system solutions tailored to customer requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Review RFQs and ensure design solutions meet customer requirements.
- Have in-depth knowledge of PLC/DSC-based control systems (Rockwell/ Schneider/Emerson) and SCADA systems.
- Estimate proposal costs for brown-field jobs and develop project execution plans.
- Provide sales support and coordinate proposals with the sales team.
- Support the team in obtaining multiple quotes from vendors.
- Develop standard procedures and create high-level execution philosophies.
- Design optimal control system architectures with knowledge of network protocols.
- Ensure quality of product solutions as defined.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's/Master's degree in engineering or related field.
- Minimum 5-6 years of experience in engineering or technical sales.
- Knowledge of field instrumentation and cost-optimized solutions.
- Experience with site work estimation and construction scope planning.
- Solid analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
