Job Title

We are seeking an experienced financial professional to join our team as a Financial Manager. This is a key role in the organization responsible for preparing and presenting financial statements, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely reporting.

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  1. Preparing statutory financial statements on a monthly, quarterly, half-yearly, and annual basis for review by senior management.
  2. Coordinating and collaborating with internal and external auditors by providing necessary financial information, addressing audit observations, and implementing agreed recommendations.
  3. Managing monthly closing activities to ensure completeness, accuracy, and timely submission of financial reports.
  4. Ensuring financial statements are prepared in compliance with International Accounting Standards (IAS), International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS), and the applicable local legal framework.
  5. Analyzing financial statements to identify trends, evaluate financial performance, and support business decision-making.
  6. Liaising with regional teams and other departments to collect financial data, identify cost-saving opportunities, and implement effective cost control measures.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • ACCA/CA Finalist/CAF Qualified.
  • Degree from a recognized university (MBA, BS Accounting & Finance).

Desirable skills include experience in corporate finance, cost management strategy, and financial analysis. Additionally, the ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks effectively is essential.
