Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Public Affairs and Communications Manager to join our Market Access and Public Affairs team at Novo Nordisk Pakistan. As a key member of our department, you will play a critical role in enhancing our company's reputation and influence in the region.

Main Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement internal and external communication strategies to enhance the organisation's reputation and promote our medicines.
  • Build relationships with key stakeholders, including the general public, shareholders, investors, and government entities.
  • Assist in devising judicious Public Affairs plans for Novo Nordisk portfolio in Pakistan and implementing the PA strategy for the market access environment.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and synergies across the organization.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in management, social sciences, economics, journalism, or a related field; master's degree is an added advantage.
  • 6+ years of experience in a relevant industry with an excellent track record in communication.
  • Excellent networking, presentation, and communication skills, with experience in analysing complex situations and presenting results.
