We're seeking a skilled professional to handle our Upwork profile and secure projects for our organization.

  • This role involves searching for job postings on freelancing platforms, writing tailored proposals, and communicating with potential clients to clarify project requirements.

Responsibilities:

Job Responsibilities
  • Search for relevant job postings on Upwork and other freelancing platforms.
  • Write and submit compelling proposals that address the client's needs and showcase our services.
  • Negotiate terms and close deals with clients, ensuring alignment with project timelines and client expectations.
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients by delivering exceptional customer service.
  • Manage and update our Upwork profile to ensure it remains up-to-date with portfolio items, testimonials, and relevant content.
  • Track and manage the status of all proposals and projects, providing regular updates to stakeholders.
Requirements
  • An intermediate or bachelor's degree in a related field.
  • Experience in sales roles within the IT industry, preferably in US, UK, &/or EU markets.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.
  • Excellent written English skills to create engaging proposals.
  • Ability to understand technical project requirements and communicate them clearly.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Familiarity with web and app development services is beneficial.
