
Senior Business Development Executive

This role is responsible for overseeing business operations, providing expert guidance, and delivering strategic support. The ideal candidate will bring negotiation and drafting skills, as well as business acumen, to collaborate with cross-functional teams in a rapidly scaling organization.
Key Responsibilities:- Collaborate with functional groups such as Sales, Data & Analytics, and Content team to optimize campaigns and meet performance objectives.
- Develop and maintain sales pipelines, ensuring a high level of activity and driving revenue growth.
- Monitor campaign performance and delivery goals, escalating issues as needed to ensure successful project execution.
- Analyze and compile campaign metrics, creating actionable insights and custom reports for stakeholders.
- Contribute to the development of team resources, including sales and process materials.
- Support the CEO and CFO in establishing business infrastructure.
- Provide regular performance updates on key metrics (audience/commercial).
- Represent the company in external forums and markets.
- Pursue opportunities around branding, partnerships, and commercial initiatives.
- 5+ years of experience in business operations or a related field.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, or a related field; an advanced degree is advantageous.
- Proven track record of business development, brand partnership, sales, or marketing experience.
- Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Strong leadership and management abilities.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
