Job Title: Senior Maintenance Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Maintenance Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for planning, organizing, and executing routine scheduled maintenance work, responding to equipment faults, diagnosing breakdown problems, and leading the team for quick corrective maintenance.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Plan and organize routine scheduled maintenance work to ensure optimal equipment performance and minimize downtime.
  2. Respond promptly to equipment faults, diagnose breakdown problems, and lead the team for quick corrective maintenance.
  3. Execute preventive maintenance plans to prevent equipment failures and reduce maintenance costs.
  4. Liaise with external vendors and markets for purchasing new or used machines and equipment.
  5. Design maintenance strategies, procedures, and methods to optimize equipment performance and safety.
  6. Maintain backup inventories of all critical parts, machines, and fittings components.
  7. Monitor and control maintenance costs to ensure they are within budget.
  8. Handle emergencies, unplanned problems, and repairs in a timely and effective manner.
  9. Maintain maintenance tools, stores, and equipment to ensure they are in good working condition.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or DAE in Mechanical Engineering.
  • Hands-on experience maintaining automatic and semi-automatic pneumatically operated production lines.
  • Experience with screw heavy compressors, dryers, high-pressure lines, and forklift trucks.
  • Good knowledge of electrical panels, generators, and other basic equipment.
