Job Title

Financial Operations Manager

As a Financial Operations Manager, you will play a vital role in overseeing the financial operations of our organization. Your responsibilities will include reporting, costing, treasury management, and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Prepare and Finalize Financial Statements: You will be responsible for preparing and finalizing monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in compliance with International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS).
  • Oversee Daily Accounting Operations: You will oversee daily accounting operations, including general ledger, accounts payable/receivable, and bank reconciliations.
  • Support Treasury Functions: You will support treasury functions with cash flow monitoring and working capital management.
  • Monitor Costing and Inventory Valuation: You will monitor costing, inventory valuation, and manufacturing overhead absorption to ensure accurate cost accounting.
  • Ensure Compliance: You will ensure compliance with Companies Act, 2017 and SECP guidelines.
Requirements:
  • Qualifications: ACMA, CA, ACCA or equivalent qualification.
  • Experience: At least 4 years of work experience in a manufacturing concern.
  • Skills: Strong analytical skills, knowledge of bookkeeping, accounting principles, standards, laws, and regulations, good understanding of manufacturing processes and cost accounting, advanced computer skills in MS Office and ERP systems.
