Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled Research Professional to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in research, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work effectively in a collaborative environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conducting interviews and documenting detailed notes on interviews and observation visits
  • Coordinating fieldwork processes to optimize time utilization
  • Facilitating meetings among the research team and junior staff members
  • Providing training to junior staff in research/interviewing skills and data collection methodologies
  • Visiting households in communities to ensure successful data collection and quality control
  • Collaborating with administrative personnel regarding logistics for fieldwork
  • Developing and conducting regular training sessions for junior staff
  • Offering supervision and support to junior staff while liaising with their supervisors
  • Raising community awareness about child health-related issues based on project guidelines
  • Ensuring field implementation of project-related standard operating procedures/guidelines
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree or Master's equivalent
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in the healthcare sector
  • Ability to manage time and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Sensitivity to cultural differences
  • Excellent teamwork and communication skills
  • Resilience and ability to handle work pressure
  • Willingness to work in communities/field sites
  • Strong computer and report writing skills
