As a Product Support Engineer, you will play a pivotal role in resolving customer issues, ensuring product functionality, and facilitating seamless integration.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide expert technical support to customers, guiding them through equipment and software troubleshooting.
  • Conduct productive technical meetings with clients, understanding their needs, and proposing tailored solutions.
  • Assist in API and SDK integration to optimize product performance and functionality.
  • Perform comprehensive product functionality testing, identifying discrepancies, and suggesting areas for improvement.
  • Maintain meticulous records of customer interactions, issues, and resolutions.
  • Analyze data to discern trends, recurring issues, and opportunities for improving products and services.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to contribute to the enhancement of system requirements.
  • Develop and document work procedures to streamline technical support processes.

This position requires a strong understanding of Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems, APIs, and SDKs. You should possess excellent interpersonal and communication skills for effective interaction with customers and internal teams.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • 1-2 years of technical support experience, preferably in a similar role.
  • Knowledge of CRM systems and proficiency in working with APIs and SDKs.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to develop and document work procedures.
  • Collaborative mindset and the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
