Job Title: Technology Support Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled IT professional to join our technology team based in Karachi.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and maintaining the technology infrastructure and systems to provide smooth operations and efficient delivery of IT services. This includes monitoring network performance, troubleshooting issues, and implementing security measures.

This role involves providing technical assistance and support to ensure the smooth functioning of IT systems and non-cloud based infrastructure. You will focus on L1 and possibly L2 support.

The successful candidate will have worked in complex technical environments with knowledge and experience in Exchange Online, PowerShell scripting, Microsoft Windows Operating Systems, and other related technologies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and maintain technology infrastructure and systems

Requirements:
