Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Senior VoIP Engineer to take on a challenging role in our organization. As a key member of our technical staff, you will be responsible for troubleshooting and providing technical support for voice over IP (VoIP) and telephony systems.

Main Responsibilities

  • Troubleshoot and resolve complex VoIP network issues using advanced problem-solving skills.
  • Evaluate and ensure seamless operation of VoIP and telephony systems, identifying areas for improvement.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement system improvements, enhancing overall efficiency.
  • Maintain in-depth knowledge of VoIP systems and IP protocols, staying up-to-date with industry developments.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in Asterisk (AGI's, AMI), with a strong background in VoIP technology.
  • Experience in Opensips deployment and development, with a focus on scalability and reliability.
  • Previous experience working as a VoIP network engineer, with a proven track record of success.
  • In-depth knowledge of VoIP systems and IP protocols, including SIP, RTP, H.323, ISDN, and other Telephony protocols.
  • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or Telecommunications, with relevant certifications.
