About This Opportunity
">We're seeking a highly skilled Performance Marketing Manager to join our team. As a key member of our marketing department, you will be responsible for developing and executing data-driven paid campaigns across social media, search engines, and display ads to drive revenue growth.
Your primary objective will be to manage campaigns that deliver strong ROI and consistently exceed customer acquisition goals. To achieve this, you will need to stay up-to-date with industry trends, emerging marketing technologies, and best practices to keep campaigns competitive.
This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated individual who is passionate about performance marketing, data insights, and building a strong brand presence. If you have a solid understanding of attribution models, experience with platforms like Facebook Ads Manager and Google Ads, and excellent analytical skills, we want to hear from you.
Responsibilities
- Develop and strategize paid marketing campaigns across social media, search (SEM), display advertising, and affiliate channels to drive revenue growth.
- Design and refine performance marketing strategies aligned with overall business objectives, customer acquisition goals, and brand positioning.
- Analyze campaign performance and optimize strategies based on data insights to improve ROI and lower cost per conversion (CPA).
- Create simple, easy-to-understand reports and dashboards that communicate key metrics and performance insights to stakeholders.
- Work with creative teams to develop brand-aligned ads, test strategies, and optimize campaign elements (like creatives and landing pages).
- Ensure consistent brand messaging across all marketing campaigns and channels.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product, and analytics to align on goals and ensure cohesive messaging.
Requirements
- 3-4 years of experience in performance marketing with a focus on paid social, search, and display advertising.
- Experience with audience segmentation, retargeting, and customer journey mapping.
- Solid understanding of attribution models (first-click, last-click, data-driven attribution).
- Experience with platforms like Facebook Ads Manager, Google Ads, and other digital marketing tools.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and optimize campaigns for better performance.
- Experience with A/B testing, conversion rate optimization (CRO), and other optimization techniques.
- Strong communication skills to collaborate effectively with different teams and present findings to stakeholders.
- Experience in building and maintaining a consistent brand image through marketing campaigns.
- Familiarity with eCommerce platforms such as Shopify, Magento, or WooCommerce is a plus.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
