Senior Paid Advertising Specialist

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Paid Advertising Specialist to develop, implement, and manage our digital marketing campaigns across various online channels.

  • The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of digital marketing strategies, excellent analytical skills, and a proven track record of achieving results.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Digital Campaign Development: Develop and implement comprehensive paid advertising strategies across various platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads, LinkedIn Ads, etc.
  2. Keyword Research and Analysis: Conduct thorough keyword research and analysis to optimize campaign performance and maximize ROI.
  3. Ad Copy Creation: Create compelling ad copy and visuals tailored to target audience demographics and behaviours.
  4. Campaign Performance Monitoring: Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics, including CTR, CPC, CPA, and conversion rates, and make data-driven adjustments as needed.
  5. Budget Management: Manage advertising budgets effectively to ensure campaigns meet objectives within allocated funds.
  6. Industry Trend Monitoring: Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and algorithm changes to continually optimize campaign performance.
  7. A/B Testing: Conduct A/B testing on ad creatives, landing pages, and targeting parameters to identify and implement improvements.
  8. Reporting and Insights: Provide regular reports and insights to stakeholders on campaign performance and recommendations for optimization.
  9. New Opportunity Identification: Identify and explore new advertising opportunities and channels to expand reach and drive growth.
  10. Compliance and Regulatory Awareness: Stay informed about legal and regulatory requirements related to paid advertising and ensure compliance in all campaigns.
  11. Competitor Analysis: Continuously monitor competitor advertising activities and market trends to identify opportunities and threats.
