Role Summary:

  • We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Executive Revenue Management Specialist to join our team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support in setting Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and Objectives and Key Results (OKRs) for commercial, technical, support, regional revenue management teams, and relevant departments on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis.
  • Contribute to the strategic design, management, and implementation of OKR target evaluations on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis.
  • Develop dashboards for KPIs/OKRs and metrics to track end-to-end performance of respective departments.
  • Verify evidence received from departments against their OKR targets and calculate departmental/individual scores.
  • Monitor and report approved KPIs/OKRs scores to stakeholders.
  • Perform ad-hoc performance analysis as instructed by management. Implement continuous improvement in OKR quality alignment with industry best practices.
  • Pursue automation of current KPIs/OKRs targets setting and evaluation model. Highlight areas for management attention on a timely basis.
  • Support the Financial Analysis team in additional tasks assigned.
