Job Title: Workplace Experience and Operations Lead

This role is a key position in our Uniops team, responsible for leading the Workplace Services strategy and execution. As a Workplace Experience and Operations Lead, you will be accountable for the day-to-day delivery of Workplace Services in line with established service levels and strategy.

  • The scope of this role includes Facilities Management, in-house FM Contractor management, and activities across other Workplace Services areas such as Real Estate, Travel & Fleet, Projects, and Agile Working.
  • You will lead a team of 2 regional Workplace Services and be responsible for managing operations and multiple service providers for facilities, cleaning, and fleet services.
  • In partnership with business leaders, you will provide optimal workplace experiences and operations.
  • You will set strategy for in-house FM contractors and monitor their service levels.
  • You will ensure compliance with governance and controls in all Workplace processes.
  • You will manage regional budgets and negotiate costs with contractors and service providers.
  • You will drive workplace change initiatives through employee communication.
  • You will conduct performance reviews with service providers and internal teams, ensuring accountability.
  • You will build and maintain relationships with service providers and stakeholders.
  • You will support the management of international visitors and visa processes.

Key Qualifications:

  • A minimum of 4 years' experience in General Affairs, Facility Management, preferably in FMCG/Manufacturing.
  • Experience leading capability initiatives and managing external/internal teams.

  • Managing insourced operations.
  • Ability to influence senior stakeholders.
  • Project and Change Management skills.
  • Cost control and budgeting expertise.
  • Excellent communication skills, both oral and written.
