JOB PURPOSE
Our Uniops team is embarking on an exciting journey. This role is responsible for leading the Workplace Services strategy and execution, and being accountable for the day-to-day delivery of Workplace Services in line with established service levels and strategy. The scope includes Facilities Management, in-house FM Contractor management, and activities across other Workplace Services areas such as Real Estate, Travel & Fleet, Projects, and Agile Working.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
- Be accountable for day-to-day service delivery in line with service levels provided by third parties or in-house.
- Lead regional Workplace Services and service delivery with a team of 2.
- Manage operations and multiple service providers for facilities, cleaning, and fleet services.
- Partner with business leaders to provide optimal workplace experiences and operations.
- Set strategy for in-house FM contractors and monitor their service levels.
- Coordinate safety operations with the safety team.
- Ensure compliance with governance and controls in all Workplace processes.
- Manage regional budget for workplace services.
- Negotiate costs with contractors and service providers, and collaborate with procurement on agreements.
- Drive workplace change initiatives through employee communication.
- Conduct performance reviews with service providers and internal teams, ensuring accountability.
- Build and maintain relationships with service providers and stakeholders.
- Support management of international visitors and visa processes.

QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS
- Minimum 4 years' experience in General Affairs, Facility Management, preferably in FMCG/Manufacturing.
- Experience leading capability initiatives and managing external/internal teams.
