Project Manager - Process Engineering Specialist

This is a challenging opportunity for an experienced Project Manager to lead the execution of capital projects in all aspects of design, costing, planning, control, and construction. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering commissioned projects on target, ensuring comprehensive compliance with world-class project standards and documentation.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Project Execution Management: Manage, monitor, control, and supervise the projects' execution and management improvement functions to reduce costs and enhance business results.
  • Process Engineering/Design: Apply detailed knowledge of plant production processes for design modifications and prepare process drawings.
  • Project Detailed Engineering: Provide specifications for materials and works of civil, mechanical, electrical, and instrumentation aspects for tendering, procurement, and contracting.
  • Civil/Construction Management: Manage construction jobs, including building, roads, sewer, and painting, and ensure familiarity with structural design requirements.
Mandatory Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Chemical, Mechanical, or Electrical Engineering from a recognized university.
  • Minimum 10 years' work experience in a leading project management role in the Process/Food/Pharma industry.
  • English fluency, both written and spoken.
Desirable Requirements:
  • Operations and maintenance experience is advantageous.
  • Working knowledge of SAP and project planning software is desirable.
Required Behaviors and Skills:
  • Report writing and presentation skills.
  • Labor management.
  • Planning for emergency actions/alternatives.
  • Able to act as a change agent to lead and support incorporation of state-of-the-art techniques.
