Job Overview

This is a senior engineering role responsible for managing maintenance and project functions. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in electrical, mechanical, and instrumentation systems, as well as experience in team leadership and project management.

Key Performance Indicators
  1. Maintenance Efficiency: Achieve high levels of maintenance efficiency, minimizing downtime and maximizing system availability.
  2. Project Success: Deliver projects on time and within budget, ensuring effective cash flow control.
  3. Inventory Management: Optimize inventory levels, reducing waste and minimizing stockouts.
  4. Team Effectiveness: Develop and lead high-performing teams, promoting best practices and fostering collaboration.
Requirements and Qualifications
  • Bachelor's/Master's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Mechatronics Engineering
  • At least 10 years of experience in O&M of electrical and mechanical systems
  • Deep knowledge of maintenance, reliability management, and team development
  • Proficiency in ERP, Lean Six Sigma, MS Office, AutoCAD, Power BI
  • Understanding of international standards (EHS, IMS, GPM, ISO)
