Digital Marketing Strategist

Job Description:

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 7-8 years of experience in digital marketing and a bachelor's degree in marketing or a related field.

We are seeking a highly skilled Digital Marketing Specialist to develop and implement a comprehensive digital marketing strategy that aligns with the company's goals.

  • Develop and execute a cohesive digital marketing plan that encompasses multiple platforms.
  • Create visually appealing concepts for promotional activities across various channels.
  • Manage the digital marketing calendar to ensure timely execution of campaigns.
  • Maintain a strong online presence and reputation on all platforms.
  • Monitor and resolve negative reviews in collaboration with customer service representatives and other stakeholders.
  • Respond promptly to all online inquiries and forms submitted through our website.
  • BUILD AUDIENCE within Service Titan, our CRM platform.
  • Oversee the creation and maintenance of social media content, including Sprout platform management.
  • Coordinate campaign timing across multiple social media platforms.
  • Design and modify campaigns, evaluate their effectiveness, and create postings.
  • Manage Google My Business and maintain the Digital Creative Ad Library.
  • Coordinate with external vendors and manage direct mail campaigns.
  • Prepare and update digital marketing reports to track progress and identify areas for improvement.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 7-8 years of experience as a Digital Marketing Specialist or similar role.
  • Bachelor's Degree in Marketing or a related field.
  • Experience with digital marketing automation software, Google Ads, and Google Analytics.
  • Knowledge of web publishing and proficiency in SEO tools.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with fluency in English as a conversational skill.
  • Traditional working hours in the US-Central Time Zone (working from office).
