The Role of a Quality Assurance Analyst

Job Description

This is a full-time on-site position for a Quality Assurance Analyst. The successful candidate will be responsible for performing automation testing, manual testing, executing test cases, analyzing data, and ensuring quality control.

  • Create test plans, maintain documentation and perform testing on multiple devices, platforms, and browsers.
  • Establish software quality standards for the entire life cycle, from development to maintenance.
  • Design, develop and execute manual as well as automation scripts.
  • Develop and assist in creating all QA work products, including Test Plans, Requirements Traceability Matrices, Test Cases, Metrics creation, Risk and Priority-based testing analysis, and test evidence collection.
  • Create Continuous Integration/Continuous Deployment (CI/CD) test pipelines for customer projects to ensure high-quality releases.
  • Integrate project testing with continuous-integration processes.
  • Collaborate with fellow team members to diagnose bugs and formulate solutions.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, candidates should possess:

  • Analytical skills and experience in Quality Assurance.
  • 2-3 years of proven experience in Quality Control.
  • A strong ability to analyze data and create reports.
  • Excellent attention to detail and ability to work independently.
  • Familiarity with Agile methodologies and experience with testing frameworks is a plus.
  • A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
  • B2B or Ecommerce Domain expertise is desirable.
