HR Shared Services Manager

We are seeking a seasoned HR professional to deliver high-quality services to employees globally and drive strategic contributions to the organization.


Main Responsibilities:
  • People Management and Leadership:
    • Lead a global team of HR Advisors with 3 direct reports.
    • Develop and coach a team of HR professionals.
    • Foster a culture that promotes individual development and delivers quality service.
    • Ensure effective resource allocation and staffing planning.
  • Strategic Planning and Execution:
    • Develop and implement HR Shared Services strategies and procedures that align with business objectives.
    • Identify opportunities for process improvement and automation.
  • Service Delivery:
    • Oversee day-to-day operations of HR Shared Services, ensuring timely delivery of services.
    • Manage and resolve escalated HR issues.
    • Set benchmarks for team performance.
  • Stakeholder Management:
    • Build relationships with HR business partners and other functional teams.
    • Provide guidance and support to employees on HR policies and procedures.
  • Continuous Improvement and Process Optimization:
    • Drive continuous improvement initiatives within HR Shared Services.
    • Stay informed about industry best practices and emerging trends in HR Shared Services.

Requirements:

A Bachelor's degree and 5+ years of experience in Human Resources or related work experience.

PREFERRED REQUIREMENTS: Bachelor's or Master's equivalent in Business, Human Resources, or related field. 10+ years of experience in multiple areas: talent development, organizational development, performance management.
