Senior HVAC and Amenities Infrastructure Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior HVAC and Amenities Infrastructure Manager to lead our team in delivering exceptional technical expertise.

About the Role:

This is a challenging and rewarding opportunity for a mechanical or industrial engineering professional with a strong background in HVAC and amenities services. The successful candidate will have a minimum of 9 years of experience and a proven track record of delivering high-quality technical solutions.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Technical Strategy Development: Develop and implement strategic plans for HVAC and amenities infrastructure, aligning initiatives with organizational objectives to drive business growth and success.
  2. Techncial Operations Management: Oversee the technical operations and maintenance of HVAC systems and amenities within the organization, providing technical guidance to the team to ensure efficient functioning and development of infrastructure.
  3. Project Leadership: Lead and manage projects related to HVAC and amenities, ensuring adherence to timelines and defined objectives in collaboration with cross-functional teams.
  4. Quality Control Measures: Implement and enforce quality control measures in HVAC and amenities-related processes to ensure precision and compliance to international standards.
  5. Technical Reporting: Prepare technical reports and presentations for senior management, highlighting performance and challenges, and maintain comprehensive records for reference, audit, and compliance purposes.
  6. Infrastructure Development Strategies: Contribute to the development and implementation of strategies for enhancing HVAC and amenities infrastructure in collaboration with the team.
  7. Safety Protocols Enforcement: Ensure compliance with safety protocols and international standards in HVAC, lifts, and amenities-related operations, implementing and enforcing safety measures to create a secure working environment.
  8. Risk Management Identification: Identify and assess risks under their management/ownership, develop and implement risk response strategies, and monitor risks and response strategies.
  9. Compliance Requirements: Ensure the accuracy and timeliness of information provided for risk reporting and compliance purposes.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 9 years of experience in mechanical or industrial engineering.
  • Proven track record of delivering high-quality technical expertise in HVAC and amenities services.
  • Strong knowledge of HVAC and amenities systems and technologies.
  • Excellent communication and project management skills.
  • Able to work collaboratively as part of a team.
  • Ability to analyze complex problems and develop effective solutions.
  • Good understanding of safety protocols and international standards in HVAC, lifts, and amenities-related operations.
