About the RoleWe are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Representative to join our team in Lahore. This is a pivotal role focused on driving new business for our specialized air and land transportation services, covering both import and export shipments.
The ideal candidate will have a passion for sales, a deep understanding of freight, and a desire to contribute to a nationally significant project.
Key Responsibilities- Identify and Acquire New Clients: Proactively identify, prospect, and acquire new clients for China-Pakistan (import & export) air and land freight services.
- Develop and Maintain Relationships: Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients, understanding their logistics needs and offering tailored solutions.
- Negotiate Rates and Terms: Negotiate rates and service terms with clients, ensuring profitability and customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with Teams: Collaborate closely with our Operations, Customs, and International teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Monitor Market Trends: Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and CPEC developments to identify new business opportunities.
- Achieve Sales Targets: Achieve and exceed sales targets and KPIs for assigned routes and services.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
- Experience: Minimum 1-3 years of proven sales experience in the freight forwarding or logistics industry, with a strong focus on international trade.
- Knowledge: Demonstrable understanding of China-Pakistan trade lanes, specifically both air and land (road) transport.
- Skills: Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Strong relationship-building abilities and a customer-centric approach.
