The Role

As a skilled Solutions Expert, you'll be our customers' trusted technical advisor after the deal is signed. You'll design solutions, analyze business processes, and develop production-ready integrations that seamlessly integrate with our clients' SaaS products.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Own post-sales technical onboarding, transforming high-level use cases into detailed solution designs.
  • Map business processes to API calls, data models, event triggers, and automation flows.
  • Develop and launch new app connectors, authentication flows, and two-way data syncs.
  • Lead discovery workshops, document requirements, and create statements of work.
  • Troubleshoot live integrations, optimize performance, and write clear hand-off documents.
  • Provide customer feedback and reusable templates to product and engineering teams.
  • Train customer success and support teams on best-practice implementation patterns.
Requirements:
  • Fluency with REST/JSON, HTTP, webhooks, and OAuth 2.0 (SAML/JWT a plus).
  • 3+ years in solutions engineering, professional services, or systems integration for SaaS.
  • Ability to explain complex architectures to developers and stakeholders.
  • Hands-on experience with at least one iPaaS / workflow tool (Zapier, Make, n8n, Workato, Tray…).
  • Solid requirements-gathering, business-analysis, and project-scoping skills.
  • Experience in writing custom code.
  • Bachelor's in CS/SE (or equivalent real-world experience).
Nice-to-Haves:
  • Exposure to prompt engineering or LLM-driven automation.
  • GraphQL, gRPC, or enterprise-grade auth experience.
  • Background in B2B SaaS domains like CRM, marketing automation, or support platforms.
  • Startup or high-growth environment experience.
